The Athlete’s Inc. is the result of dreams and determination to help athletes develop their personal brands, succeed off the field, build businesses, increase wealth, and find purpose after the final whistle is blown. The Athlete’s Inc. is just that, it’s the athlete’s brand, the athlete’s foundation, the athlete’s business, the athlete’s vision, the athlete’s dreams.
We work with athletes from high school to the professional level and serve as their marketing reps and PR team. We consult on business endeavors and entrepreneurship goals & opportunities. We work with their agents and legal counsel to help them succeed off the field.

Donnie Lee, Jr.
President
Donnie Lee, Jr. founded The Lab. in 2020 with the dream of helping athletes achieve their own dreams. As a former D1 collegiate athlete, Donnie understands the value of playing sports and the finite timeline of being able to put on a uniform and compete. Donnie maintains relationships with athletes and works with them to manage marketing, position NIL opportunities, align brand endorsements, develop personal branding, and build a foundation for the athlete’s success.

Founder + CEO
Nate Gordon is a seasoned attorney with a deep understanding of sports law, contract negotiation, and athlete representation. A former collegiate track athlete at Clemson University and Georgetown University, Nate brings firsthand experience of the athlete’s journey both on and off the field. He earned his law degree from LSU Law School, where he honed his expertise in business law, compliance, and NIL regulations. With a passion for protecting and empowering athletes, Nate plays a critical role at The Lab Reps, ensuring that every contract, deal, and partnership is structured for long-term success. His legal acumen, combined with his athletic background, makes him a trusted advocate for clients navigating the evolving NIL landscape.
